Turkish universities offer a high-level Master’s program in law to train lawyers and judges who can provide legal solutions to society’s challenges. Students who pursue a Master’s of Law in Turkey can opt for two academic programs: the Master’s program in Public Law and the Master’s program in Private Law.

Master’s Degree in Law in Turkey (Public Law) The objective of the Master’s program in Public Law is to provide students with the economic and international dimensions of legal sciences. In addition to providing them with multidisciplinary perspectives through lectures and seminars delivered by faculty members and legal experts in public law, the program aims to enable students to address contemporary legal issues in the advanced world of technology. It trains legal professionals who are knowledgeable and well-versed in modern legal practices.

Master’s Degree in Law in Turkey (Private Law) During this program, students learn to monitor changes and developments in family law, criminal law, human rights law, commercial law, competition law, intellectual and industrial property law, banking law, and insurance law. Graduates of this program can professionally resolve legal issues in these areas within the framework of the justice system.
